Meet Jason Rinker
Jason Rinker LAc MA., has devoted his life to help his patients overcome physical, mental and spiritual imbalances. Since 1999 Jason has improved the lives of hundreds of people suffering from chronic pain, depression, injuries, and allergies and guided them toward optimal health through acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Jason wants you to discover the pain-free life you deserve.
Witnessing his mother under going cancer treatment, Jason was introduced by her to Chinese medicine to offset the effects of radiation therapy. As a teenager acupuncture helped him with sever tendonitis of the knee acquired by hours of road and mountain biking. The positive results he experienced and witnessed led him to study acupuncture and Chinese medicine extensively in the Untied States and Shanghai, China. Jason has been registered as a licensed acupuncturist with the PA State Board of Medicine since 1999.
While attending a Vipassana meditation course, Jason realized the deep connection between the body, the mind, and the power of the spirit to help bring about true healing. Through that discipline Jason became committed to helping his patients unlock their fullest potential, through the use of traditional and innovative natural healing techniques.
When not practicing acupuncture Jason plays the tabla (a hand-held percussion instrument from India) in eclectic musical ensembles in the Philadelphia / New York area. He believes that music is a common language that speaks to all people and helps to harmonize the scattered pieces and disconnections that we experience in our fast-paced stressful world.
